Ingredient Sourcing	We try to source our ingredients direct from local growers or at least UK suppliers as much as possible to help reduce food miles and our carbon footprint, whilst supporting UK suppliers.
Additional Information	Our swedes are sourced through a grower in the North East where it is said to be the best growing conditions for swede. We source our carrots from local Lancashire growers around April and May, after which we have to look further afield to Scotland to fill the gap before moving onto European supply.
