|About Supplier||Carr’s Flour Mills is a robust 21st century business – but with unashamedly traditional values when it comes to looking after the people who matter most. Today we process approximately 300,000 tonnes of wheat a year at our mills at Silloth, Kirkcaldy and Maldon.
We source only the best wheat from home and abroad, and we have invested massively in the latest milling technology. Our ﬂours are created with attention to detail, supplying everybody from home and independent bakers to retail shops and major food retailers. And in an often-volatile wheat market, we work closely with our customers to minimise the impact of unexpected price spikes.
