Storage Instructions	Store in a cool, dry place.
Directions for use	Rinse 1 cup of grain and place in pan with 2 cups of water. Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Leave covered for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.
