Defrosting guidelines	Defrost in a refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for approx. 3 hours, once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 3 days.
Directions for use	This product must be cooked thoroughly before serving. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Remove product from packaging before cooking. Microwave (from defrost): Place fillets on microwavable plate, cover and vent. Put plate into the microwave and cook for the following: 800W – 4-5 minute, stand for 1 minute 900W – 3-4 minutes, stand for 1 minute Caution: Take care to avoid hot steam when removing cover. Grill (from defrost): Pre-heat grill, place fillets on base of grill pan or grill tray. Grill under moderate heat for 8 minutes or until cooked through, turn occasionally.
