Defrosting guidelines	Defrost thoroughly in fridge for 10 hours before use.
Directions for use	Ready to eat once defrosted but for best results heat up after defrost. Use within 3 days of opening. From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: 600W-850W. Microwave (800W) for 2-3 minutes for a full pack. Reduce heating times for smaller quantity. Oven: Pre-heated oven to 180°C (Gas mark 4). Remove packaging, place on a baking tray and cook for 8-10 minutes.
