|Description||Beef striploin is taken from the middle back section of a beef carcass. A marbled eye gives this cut great texture and flavour. Striploin is usually cut for steaks and roasting. This product is dry aged for an approximate period of 30 to 45 days to provide a meat with unique flavor and tenderness. Product only sold whole.|
