Directions for use	From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: 600W-850W. (800W): 2 -3 minutes for a full pack. Reduce heating times accordingly for a smaller quantity. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C (gas mark 4). Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray for 8 -10 minutes. Defrost thoroughly in fridge for 10 hours before use. Ready to eat once defrosted but for best results heat up after defrost. Use within 3 days of opening.
