Remove product from packaging before cooking. SHALLOW FRY: Preheat 1 tbsp of olive oil or a knot of butter in a frying pan. 3 - 5 mins. Cook squid over a medium heat stirring continuously. Ensure squid tubes are thoroughly and evenly cooked before serving.
