Directions for use	Cook from Frozen Oven Bake: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place the chicken tenders on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once half way through cooking. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Fully immerse the chicken tenders into the oil and fry for approximately 4-5 minutes. Drain and serve.
