Directions for use	Serves 4: Soak 200g of barley in plenty of cold water for 8-12 hours or overnight. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Place in a saucepan and cover with salted water or stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tender.
