Storage Instructions	Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Directions for use	Do not use raw. Cooking Instructions: For every 50g of polenta use 200 mls of boiling water. Gradually add the polenta to boiling water, stir continuously. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 1 minute for soft polenta. Cook for 3-5 mins for a firmer texture. Season to taste. All appliances vary these are guidelines only.
