Directions for use	Soak 1 part chickpeas in 5 parts of cold water, for 8-12 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse. Bring 5 parts water to the boil, add 1 part soaked chickpeas. Boil for 10 minutes then simmer for 1 hour 25 minutes. Drain, rinse thoroughly and use as required.
