Directions for use	For best results cook from frozen. The following cooking instructions are guidelines only. Always ensure that the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken fillets on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken fillets into the hot oil and fry for 5-7 minutes. Drain and serve.
