Storage Instructions	Store in a cool, dry place.
Directions for use	Traditional cooking: Add pasta to a pan of lightly salted boiling water (1kg pasta for 10L water). Cook for 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain and serve. Double cooking: Cook for 5 min in lightly salted boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with 20g of oil and store in fridge for minimum 2 hours. Reheat for 40 seconds in boiling water/ 2 min in fully steamed combi oven at 100°C.
