Accessing your account 

Once you have navigated to caterite.co.uk you will be presented with our homepage.

To log in to your account you will need to select the login tab at the top of the page.

You will be presented with the login page, from here you will need to enter your email address and password.

My Orders 

This section will allow you to view orders and re-order previous orders in less than 5 clicks. 

My Products

Gives you access to scroll through every product you have purchased in the past six months whether that be online or by phone. You can also view your products with live pricing and live stock availabilty 24/7.

My Shopping Lists 

Make ordering online even easier and create your own shopping lists. This section allows you to create bespoke shopping lists to make ordering faster and more accurate.

You can access your shopping lists on the left hand side of your account dashboard. Here you can view, download, rename and manage your shopping lists. 

Adding to your Shopping Lists

Step 1

Tick the box 'add to shopping list' underneath the product you would like to add. You can select multiple products per page.

Step 2

Then click on the 'save selected to shopping list' button at the top of the page.

Step 3

A pop up will appear where you can create a new shopping list or add to an exsisting shopping list.

Step 4 - Once you have created and added products to your shopping lists you can view them on your 'My Account' page.

My Paperwork

The best place to find all of your invoices and credit efficiently, this is where we store your paper work so you have access 24 hours a day.

My Allergens

With more pressure being put on business’s to disclose allergens that are present in dishes within their menu what better place to start. This section of our website allows you to download a bespoke file containing all the allergens present in the products you purchase from Caterite.

Searching for products has never been easier, our new mega menu categorises our products into groups and sub groups giving you access to browse our full range. 

You will also be able to access the latest promotions, seasonal fresh products and you account.

Our search engine is now smarter than ever before as it utilises a market leading search tool. This tool provides a super-fast, spelling mistake tolerant search that helps produce more accurate results quickly and efficiently.

Your search is now personalised to your order history, most popular products and most frequently purchased products. 

Voice Search 

Our search now includes 'voice search' which is available when using Chrome. Simply hold down the microphone and describe what you are looking for.

Adding to your basket

Each of our products have an addition and subtraction selection underneath, this is how you add or subtract a product to your basket.

The website will remember your previous order, whether it has been ordered by case or by each- our website is personalised to you.

You can also view live stock information on our website to make sure you don't miss out. 

Checking Out

Mini Basket

Your mini basket is visible at the top right corner of the page. Here you will be able to view any savings you may have made when adding contracted products and promotional offers to your basket.

Checkout Page

You will be navigated to the checkout page and here you will be given your next available delivery date. Once selected select “place order” your goods will be delivered on your chosen date.

Where to find product data

Our in-house ecommerce team have re-designed the product page to make your shopping experience better. With over 100 attributes available to view including nutritional values, allergens, ingredients and plenty of added value characteristics.

You view all product information by clicking on the product and scrolling down.  

Extras

When you view a product on the website you will be able to view more than just product information. We added a few little extras for you to help us improve customer experience. Here you can compare with similar items, ask a question, report incorrect product information and send us feedback. We value your opinion so make the most of it!
