| Storage Instructions | Store between 1°C and 4°C. Once opened (sleeving no longer intact) the product must be kept in the refrigerator and used within 3 days. |
| Directions for use | Remove plastic sleeving, cut into 15mm slices and heat thoroughly as per the instructions below: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the black pudding slices and fry gently over a medium heat for 6 minutes turning occasionally. Brush lightly with oil and cook under a pre heated medium to hot grill for 8 minutes turning occasionally. |
