Directions for use	Pre-heat the oven at 220°C. Place the hash browns on a baking sheet and place the hash browns at 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 15 - 20 minutes, turning once during cooking. Place hash browns on a rack under a pre-heated grill and cook under a moderate heat for 8 - 10 minutes, turning halfway. Deep fry small quantities of hash browns in hot oil (175°C, 347°F) for 3 - 4.5 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
