| Directions for use | Deep fryer: Preheat oil to 175°C. Fill your basket up to the halfway mark and fry for approx. 3-5 minutes until a golden yellow colour. Do not overcook and reduce the cooking time when preparing smaller quantities. Drain before serving. Oven: Pre-heat to 220°C. Spread 300g of frozen fries evenly on a baking tray, bake for approx. 21-24 min. Bake until golden yellow, do not overcook. Turn the fries halfway through baking time. Use baking paper. |
