Directions for use	Defrost the fish portions before cooking. Remove the fish from the packaging, place onto a plate, cover and defrost in a cool place for approximately 5 hours or overnight in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is raw, ensure fully cooked before consumption. Ensure fillets are fully defrosted before cooking, drain and pat dry with a piece of kitchen paper to remove any excess moisture. To Pan Fry – Heat a frying pan to a high heat; add the oil, then the fish. Cook for 3-4 mins until the edges start to colour. Turn the fish over and cook for a further 2-3 mins. The fish is cooked when it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Oven Bake – Pre-heat oven to 200°C and place the cod on an oiled baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes depending on thickness, the fish is cooked when it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
