Directions for use	Our potatoes are coated in a dry white solution to prevent the peeled product from browning. We work with our potato growers to measure for sugar content in the potato which allows us to modify the dry white solution concentration levels in the coating process. We recommend that before cooking the product, you rinse it in water.
