Our Whole Ducks are sourced and delivered fresh to us every week. To enhance their taste and texture, we meticulously age each duck for 5 to 10 days in our specialised Himalayan salt block chamber. This unique aging process allows the natural flavours to develop and intensify, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavourful meat that will elevate any dish.
