About Producer	The Driver family’s roots in food retail date back to the mid-19th century, beginning with a grocery shop in Ibstock and later expanding to Leicester. In 1902, they began producing pickles for their stores, and by 1906, Frederick Charles Driver officially founded Driver’s Pickle and Vinegar Company. Specialising in pickled onions and malt vinegar, the company quickly gained popularity with local fishmongers and grocers. Now in its fourth generation, Driver’s continues to craft its products with the same care and tradition established over a century ago.
