Storage Instructions	Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below.
Directions for use	From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: 600W-850W. Microwave (800W) for 2-3 minutes for a full pack. Reduce heating times accordingly for a smaller quantity. Oven: Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray and into a pre-heated oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for 8-10 minutes. Defrost thoroughly in fridge for 10 hours before use. Ready to eat once defrosted but for best results heat up after defrost. Use within 3 days of opening.
