| About Producer | Tempus Charcuterie is a celebrated British brand known for its exceptional, artisan-crafted cured meats. Founded by Tom Whitaker and Dhruv Baker, both award-winning chefs, Tempus combines traditional curing methods with innovative techniques to produce premium charcuterie that highlights the true essence of British livestock. What sets Tempus apart is their dedication to the art of slow curing. Many of their meats undergo months of aging, during which the natural flavours intensify and the texture becomes beautifully tender. Whether using beef or pork, they emphasise the importance of time, tradition, and technique in their curing process, resulting in a product that is rich, flavourful, and truly artisanal. |
