Storage Instructions	Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to a suitable container. Do not expose to strong odours or direct sunlight.
Directions for use	Serves 4: Wash 200g of lentils in cold running water. Drain, place in a pan and cover with fresh water. Bring to the boil and boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer for a further 30-40 mins until tender.
